I have worked on this cross stitch, The Castle by Teresa Wentzler, off and on for the past couple of years. Like the “attic” sewing projects, I have started working on this in the evenings, trying to finish it up and get it on the wall. Looking pretty good so far. Can you guess what is surrounding the “castle?”

This one requires LOADS of patience!!! All the color codes are a combination of one strand of one DMC floss combined with one strand of another DMC floss. About to make me go bonkers!! It WILL be completed, though! 🙂
I’ve got one that had some combinations of colors like that… definitely a pain, but they do look good when finished! That one is looking really good!
I have one that had a bunch of color combinations like that. It can sometimes be a pain, but it does give it a nice look when finished! Very good job by the way!
